Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign released a new radio ad on Wednesday targeting black voters with a highlight reel of “disrespectful” comments Donald Trump has made about African-Americans.

{mosads}“African-Americans are living in hell,” Trump says in one clip included in the ad. “You walk down the street, you get shot.”

“President Obama has been the most ignorant president in our history,” the Republican nominee says in another clip.

The ad also advises voters that “it’s almost time to vote in Pennsylvania.” According to Clinton’s campaign, the minute-long ad, titled “Disrespect,” will also air in Florida, Ohio and North Carolina starting Wednesday.

The move comes as early voting numbers show that black voters have been turning out at lower rates than at this point in 2012 in a number of battleground states, such as Florida and North Carolina.

The Democratic National Committee also released radio ads on Wednesday encouraging voters to support party candidates across the ballot.

Local variations of “When You Vote” will air in Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio and Wisconsin. They feature President Obama making the pitch that the election could have dire consequences.

“Civility is on the ballot,” the president is heard saying at a rally. “Respect for women is on the ballot. Tolerance is on the ballot. Justice is on the ballot. Equality is on the ballot. Democracy is on the ballot.”
