Latina Leaders Summit

The Hill Latina 2021

Even before COVID-19 disrupted our lives, Latinas faced the largest wage gap among women workers in the United States and were one of the most underrepresented demographics in leadership positions across the public and private sectors.

How can we address the lack of Latina representation and what will it take to improve access to jobs, education, and healthcare? What should be done to create pathways to opportunity and growth across all sectors? How can we rebuild a more just and equitable economy for Latinas following COVID-19, and provide the resources they need to succeed?

The Hill will convene Latina leaders from Congress, government, business, education, healthcare, and advocacy for a high-level discussion on Latina empowerment and progress.
