Home and real estate technology expert Paul Scallia said in an interview that aired Monday on Hill.TV’s “Boundless” that home intelligence networks will add wellness intelligence to smart homes in the future.
“What if there was a way to introduce prevention into people’s daily lives, that at the core didn’t require them to do anything differently?” Scallia, founder and CEO of Delos, told Hill.TV.
Delos, a New York-based real estate and technology firm, launched the first home intelligence network known as DARWIN last year.
The network is aimed at enhancing wellness while reducing indoor contaminants through monitoring air, light, and water quality.
“DARWIN, we believe, is changing Smart Home technology,” Scallia said.
“To date, smart home has really meant convenience, security,” he continued. “A home is not smart if it’s not healthy. So Darwin is adding a layer of wellness intelligence to the smart home dynamic.”
“Boundless” is a multi-part Hill.TV documentary series focused on technological advancements.
