With Trump in Helsinki for Putinfest 2018, I’m personally relieved to know that we do in fact have a great Republican American leader.
Someone who believes in a restrained executive, checks and balances, our Constitution, and in putting country first. Yes in this moment of presidential abdication, Robert Mueller has stepped in to act as a real President.
Republicans have accused Mueller of intentionally timing the indictment of 12 Russian military intelligence officers for just before Trump’s meeting with his Russian handler. And you know what? I think they are exactly right.
Our so-called President won’t stand up for America, won’t even express upset over an attack on the most essential part of our democracy. He won’t even call Russia an adversary let alone an enemy.
So Bob Mueller decided he would step into this vacuum and send a message. He would put Putin on notice that we see him.
We are not confused by his lies and propaganda. We know everything, down to the keystroke. Our so-called President might be weak but America, thanks to Bob Mueller, is still strong.
Putin doesn’t intimidate Mueller, Republicans in Congress with their show trials don’t intimidate Mueller, and Trump’s panicked cries of witch hunt certainly don’t. Mueller is a real man and a real American leader.
While the so-called president galavants around the world running foreign policy for the Kremlin, our real President is protecting us against threats both foreign and domestic.
