On Thursday, progressive activist Igor Volsky and conservative activist Charlie Kirk joined us for a Team Rising panel to discuss alleged reports that Twitter is allegedly “shadow banning” some users.
Shadow banning essentially involves making posts visible only to the person who created them and invisible to their intended audience. Over time, this practice affects a user’s visibility and searchability on the platform.
Volsky and Kirk also talked about the Trump Administration’s decision to ban a CNN reporter from a White House event for asking questions that officials deemed inappropriate.
