Ryan Grim, the Washington, D.C., bureau chief for the Intercept, said Tuesday that under the right circumstances former Vice President Joe Biden could become the most progressive president since Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Grim noted how progressive groups who previously supported Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) have made high demands of Biden, which could potentially court their vote and push the former vice president to the White House.
