David Sirota, a former aide to Sen. Bernie Sanders’s (I-Vt.) presidential campaign, talked to Hill.TV’s “Rising” on Friday about his new report saying Amazon attorneys persuaded the Trump administration to quash shareholder initiatives that could safeguard employees.
His remarks came as essential workers were set to protest and press for better working conditions and higher pay on May Day, or International Workers Day.
