An editor with Sabato’s Crystal Ball told Hill.TV’s “Rising” that presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden should be “cautious” with his running mate selection.
Kyle Kondik explained on Tuesday’s show that Biden’s nominee should fulfill the “Hippocratic oath….do no harm.”
“If I were Biden, I guess I would be cautious,” Kondik said.
