Michael Starr Hopkins, a political strategist and founder of Northern Starr Strategies, said on Hill TV’s “Rising” Friday that although he thought the Democratic National Convention this week went well, Democrats “missed an opportunity to show how deep our bench is.”
Hopkins joined Lauren Claffey, a Republican strategist and former deputy assistant secretary for public affairs at the Department of Homeland Security, to weigh in on the Democratic convention.
