President Trump’s job approval remains steady at 46 percent, with no change from earlier this month, a new Hill-HarrisX poll finds.
By contrast, 54 percent of registered voters in the Oct. 10-13 survey disapprove of Trump’s job in the White House.
The new survey found 53 percent of respondents approve of Trump’s handling of the economy and jobs.
Fifty-two percent also approve of his job at fighting terrorism.
On the issues of immigration and foreign affairs, Trump receives 47 percent support each, while garnering 45 percent approval when it comes to administering the government.
The survey found the coronavirus pandemic to be Trump’s lowest-rated issue, with 43 percent approving of his handling of the outbreak.
The Hill-HarrisX poll was conducted online among 2,855 registered voters between Oct. 10-13. It has a margin of error of 1.83 percentage points.
