The Hill’s 12:30 Report: Ryan laughs off Trump’s ‘be quiet’ jab | Obama heads on ’emotional’ visit to Orlando | CIA offers dire assessment on ISIS threat | Oprah endorses Clinton | National Fudge Day

HAPPENING THIS MORNING — CIA CHIEF CONCEDES ISIS THREAT IS NOT REDUCED: Via The Hill’s Julian Hattem, CIA Director John Brennan testified to a Senate that despite the military gains and international efforts, there has been no reduction in the ISIS terror threat. His words: “Unfortunately, despite all our progress against [ISIS] on the battlefield and in the financial realm, our efforts have not reduced the group’s terrorism capability and global reach.” Yikes. http://bit.ly/1Yu6zts

It’s Thursday — and happy anniversary of Trump announcing his run for president! Time flies when you’re having fun, right guys? All this excitement makes me want to create an early 2000s-style photo slideshow to the tune of Green Day’s “Time of Your Life.”  I’m Cate Martel with a quick recap of what you missed this morning and what’s on tap for the rest of the day. Send comments, story ideas and upcoming events to cmartel@digital-release.thehill.com, @CateMartel and on Facebook.

ANOTHER THURSDAY, ANOTHER TRUMP-DOMINATED RYAN PRESSER: At his press conference, Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) pointedly took the last question from a Washington Post reporter to call out Donald Trump revoking the paper’s access to events. http://bit.ly/1YuQSls

The Hill’s Cristina Marcos: Asked about Trump telling GOP leaders to “please be quiet,” Ryan laughs and says, “You can’t make this up sometimes.” http://bit.ly/1UePWSw

CBS’s DJ Judd: Speaker Ryan on if he’ll rescind his endorsement of Donald Trump: “That’s not my plan.” http://bit.ly/1S7chKe

NEWS TO WATCH TODAY — OBAMA VISITS ORLANDO: President Obama will meet with survivors and the families of the victims in the Orlando massacre later today. “This will be … an emotional trip,” said White House press secretary Josh Earnest. http://bit.ly/1UbclLa

ANNOUNCED THIS A.M. — OPRAH ENDORSES: Talk show host Oprah Winfrey endorsed Hillary Clinton today, arguing voters should elect the nation’s first female president. Uh oh, this is awkward: Donald Trump said last year he would enthusiastically make Oprah his own running mate. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ http://bit.ly/1Ulj8nW

{mosads}THIS IS IMPORTANT — STATES WE NEED TO WATCH IN NOVEMBER: Via The Hill’s Ben Kamisar, the Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump presidential showdown may put five formerly safe states into play — mostly in favor of Clinton. States: Utah, Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Short answer why: Clinton’s hawkish foreign policy could help in red states, and Trump’s populism and aggressive anti-trade push could help him in blue states. http://bit.ly/1Ossmj3

GAFFE OF THE  DAY — OH HOW I LOVE SOCIAL MEDIA: Via The Times-Picayune’s Julia O’Donoghue,Rep. Charles Boustany’s (R-La.) staff accidentally activated Facebook Live during a private conversation about his Senate campaign while they were dishing it out on their opponents. Best part: They criticize U.S. Rep. John Fleming (R-La.) for being “prone to mistakes.” Mistakes as in … oh, I don’t know … accidentally activating Facebook Live?

— “I was really hoping he would say something really dumb in private,” they said about a conversation with an opponent. “That would be awesome. I would email every reporter I know,” another staffer said back. http://bit.ly/1PvvHJa

WHERE NOT TO SEE TRUMP: … on NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” Meyers banned Donald Trump from the show after the presumptive GOP presidential nominee barred The Washington Post from his events. I’m guessing they already weren’t the best of friends though.   –>

Throwback to 2011: Meyers hosted the White House correspondents’ dinner and bashed Trump with jokes like “Donald Trump has been saying that he’ll run for president as a Republican, which is surprising, since I just assumed he was running as a joke.” If you watch the clip, Trump doesn’t even crack a smile. Thick skin, huh? Watch the interaction: http://bit.ly/1ZTGfrm

POPULAR ON SOCIAL MEDIA — ANDERSON COOPER VS. FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL ESCALATES: On Tuesday, CNN host Anderson Cooper had a heated interview with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi about her stance on gay marriage. That interview has gone viral. –> http://bit.ly/28HlGnV

LATEST UPDATES — Bondi rebuts: Bondi accused Cooper of editing the live interview and lying about what they would discuss to get her on air. Cooper fights back: Last night, Cooper fired back at Bondi, claiming her account was inaccurate. He even read pre-interview notes with Bondi’s team. Cooper’s rebuttal (with clips of her radio interview) –> http://bit.ly/1Q7YBV9

IN NH NEWS — KUSTER CO-CHAIRING NEW CANDY CAUCUS: Reps. Ann McLane Kuster (D-N.H.) and Jackie Walorski (R-Ind.) recently announced the establishment of the Congressional Candy Caucus. Why: From their release: “[It] recognizes and highlights the economic impact, responsibility commitments and community involvement of candy manufacturers in all 50 states.”

Today is National Fudge Day (!)

THE SPY MUSEUM’S BEING TRICKY: Via DCist’s Rachel Sadon, the International Spy Museum is moving from the Chinatown neighborhood of D.C. to L’Enfant Plaza. Why: The museum’s lease is up in 2017, and curators are seeking more space. It’s scheduled to open in the new space in 2018. http://bit.ly/1XrwkLw

NEW DRINK ALERT: Starbucks has debuted an insanely chocolaty cold drink, the Double Double Fudge Bar Frappuccino. It’s basically a chocolate milkshake with some coffee and mocha. http://ti.me/1OlnQCW

And with that, here is a hilariously symbolic fight between a bald eagle and a Canada goose. U-S-A, U-S-A, U-S-A http://bzfd.it/1Ytur0b
