Trump sports new hairdo for ‘SNL’

Donald Trump is trying on a new ‘do.

The GOP presidential candidate is seen sporting a look inspired by singer Sia in a promo released by NBC a day before he’s poised to host “Saturday Night Live.”

“Sia, I love this hair,” Trump — whose own follicles have been a longtime subject of fascination — says while wearing an outrageous two-toned bouffant. Australian singer Sia has made a habit of concealing her face while performing onstage.

{mosads}The new ad promoting Trump’s upcoming appearance comes just days after NBC “accidentally” released a series of “SNL” promos featuring Trump, including one in which the real estate mogul called fellow Republican White House hopeful Ben Carson a “total loser.”

An NBC News correspondent later tweeted that the network had published the wrong YouTube link.

Trump’s hosting gig hasn’t been without controversy. A number of organizations and individuals, including members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and actor John Leguizamo, among others, have called on NBC to cancel Trump’s “SNL” invite over controversial comments he has made about illegal immigration.
