Ingraham pushes back on Eastman’s voter fraud claims 

Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Tuesday refuted statements made by John Eastman, an ex-attorney for former President Trump who claimed during her show to have evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election.

“One of the other things they said is that Bill Barr said there wasn’t any evidence of fraud,” Eastman said, referring to the former attorney general. “Well, I have lots of evidence of fraud.”

“Well, I haven’t seen any evidence,” Ingraham interjected. “And I’m always wanting to see everything … and I’d love to see that evidence,” she continued before criticizing the former president for not “having the legal work done on the front side” of the election.

Eastman was one of more than a dozen Trump associates who have been indicted this month and charged in Fulton County, Ga., in connection with an alleged plot to overturn the state’s 2020 election result.

Ingraham has been a staunch Trump supporter for most of his time in politics and was recently moved to a new 7 p.m. hour by Fox News as it reshuffled its prime-time lineup following the ouster of Tucker Carlson, its formerly top-rated host.

Carlson’s firing came in April, just days after the network agreed to pay Dominion Voting Systems $787 million in settlement money in connection with unfounded claims made on its air about the company’s software being promoted by Trump and his allies.

Trump has ridiculed Fox for months over its coverage of him and its firing of Carlson.
