New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) is slated to give a press conference regarding a 4.8-magnitude earthquake that shook the New York City area Friday morning.
The epicenter of the earthquake was in Lebanon, N.J., according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The New York City Fire Department said it had no reports of damage at this time.
The event is slated to begin at 12 p.m. EDT.
