Trump aide Stephen Miller: All options on the table for travel ban

White House policy adviser Stephen Miller on Sunday said “all options are on the table” for President Trump’s response to the administration’s defeat in the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on its travel ban.

“As you know, we have multiple options and we’re considering all of them,” Miller told ABC’s “This Week.”

A three-judge panel on Thursday decided not to reinstate Trump’s executive order imposing a 90-day ban on nationals from seven Muslim-majority countries entering the United States.

{mosads}Trump on Friday said the administration would continue the process through the courts and that he would take action on the court ruling Monday or Tuesday.

“We have equal branches of government in this country. The judiciary is not supreme,” Miller added.

Miller questioned the “accuracy of the ruling” by Judge James Robart, who initially imposed the nationwide restraining order that halted the travel ban.

“This is not a disagreement about the law and the constitution,” he said.
