Dem rep mocks Trump for confusing courts
Rep. Jared Huffman (D-Calif.) on Wednesday taunted President Trump for confusing two federal courts that have ruled against his administration.
Among his many problems, our President doesn’t know difference b/w “the Ninth Circuit” and a U.S. District Court. https://t.co/dHZV6pO1DT

Trump hours earlier criticized the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit over its rulings against his policies.
{mosads}“First the Ninth Circuit rules against the ban & now it hits again on sanctuary cities – both ridiculous rulings,” he tweeted. “See you in the Supreme Court!”
A district judge in San Francisco, not the 9th Circuit, blocked enforcement of an anti-sanctuary cities executive order from the president Tuesday.
The 9th Circuit dealt Trump a separate defeat earlier this year when it upheld a nationwide block on his travel ban halting refugees and visitors from several Muslim-majority nations from the U.S.
“Out of very big country, with many choices, does everyone notice that both the ‘ban’ case and now the ‘sanctuary’ case is brought in the Ninth Circuit, which has a terrible record of being overturned,” Trump tweeted Wednesday.
“They used to call this ‘judge shopping,’” he added. “Messy system.”
