MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough said Friday that President Trump asked for the name of the doctor who performed a procedure on “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski’s neck after the couple stopped by Mar-a-Lago on New Year’s Eve.
Brzezinski had a procedure to tighten the skin under her neck that she called a “turkey neck,” according to Vanity Fair. Trump, Scarborough said, was impressed by the work and asked for the doctor’s name “10 times” after she revealed the procedure to Melania Trump.
“Donald kept saying, ‘That’s incredible. You can’t even tell? Who did it? Who did it?’” he told Vanity Fair. “He kept asking for the name of the doctor. He literally asked 10 times.”

According to Scarborough, Trump’s Thursday tweet attacking Brzezinski’s appearance created a chilling effect, making staffers on their show nervous.
“It was like they were at a funeral,” Scarborough said. “We realize we had to tell everyone we were fine with this, but they were all gone by the time we went out. They were spooked.”
On Thursday, Trump attacked Brzezinski on Twitter, referencing her “face-lift” and calling her “low I.Q. Crazy Mika.”
The tweets were widely condemned by Republican and Democratic lawmakers.
On Friday, the two co-hosts responded to the attacks in a Washington Post op-ed, revealing that senior White House officials had tried to influence Morning Joe’s coverage of the Trump administration by offering to kill a National Enquirer story on the hosts’ recently-revealed relationship.
