Trump has long boasted about how his election last November boosted economic confidence in the U.S. and frequently points to surges in the stock market as evidence of his work.
The president arrived at his exclusive Palm Beach, Fla., club on Tuesday, where he will spend the Thanksgiving holiday. Trump ventured to the club often early in his presidency, but has not been there in months because it had been closed for the summer.
More recently, he has spent weekends at his Sterling, Va., golf club or his golf course in Bedminster, N.J.
