Pence: I’d pick Trump over Biden in a fight
Vice President Pence suggested that he would pick President Trump to win over former Vice President Joe Biden if the two had a fight.
Radio host Howie Carr asked Pence during an interview on his show Thursday which of the men the vice president would back in a possible fight.
“You know who I’d be betting on,” Pence said, laughing.

“It’s just a little bit of trash talk going on, just got to make you chuckle in American politics today,” he added.
Pence also said that he didn’t think it was “proper” for Biden to make his comments about physically fighting Trump.
“This president is a guy that knows how to fight, fight for our agenda, knows how to fight for all of what we’re doing to make America great again,” Pence said. “And he’s going to keep on fighting, I promise you.”
Biden said Tuesday that he would have “beat the hell out” of Trump in high school for comments the president has made about women.
“A guy who ended up becoming our national leader said, ‘I can grab a woman anywhere and she likes it,’ ” Biden said, according to ABC News.
“They asked me if I’d like to debate this gentleman, and I said no. I said if we were in high school, I’d take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him,” he added.
Trump fired back on Twitter early Thursday, saying that if he fought Biden, the former vice president “would go down fast and hard, crying all the way.”
Crazy Joe Biden is trying to act like a tough guy. Actually, he is weak, both mentally and physically, and yet he threatens me, for the second time, with physical assault. He doesn’t know me, but he would go down fast and hard, crying all the way. Don’t threaten people Joe!
