READ: Mary Trump’s lawsuit against president, siblings

Mary Trump, President Trump’s niece, on Thursday filed a lawsuit accusing the president and another uncle and aunt of fraud.

The lawsuit alleges that President Trump, his sister Maryanne Trump Barry and late brother Robert S. Trump “siphoned millions of dollars from Mary’s interests” in the family business.

“Rather than protect Mary’s interests, they designed and carried out a complex scheme to siphon funds away from her interests, conceal their grift, and deceive her about the true value of what she had inherited,” according to the lawsuit.

Mary Trump recently published a memoir, “Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man,” in which she accused her uncle of being unqualified for the presidency and suggested he’s probably a narcissist. The White House denied the book’s claims.
