How to watch Trump’s Fox News town hall in Iowa
Former President Trump will take part in a Fox News town hall Wednesday night at the same time as CNN’s Iowa presidential debate between Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley.
Trump was one of three candidates who met CNN’s polling requirements to qualify for participation in the debate, which will be the last one before the Iowa caucuses on Monday, but he continued his plan to skip the GOP debates and take part in another event instead.
He will instead sit for a town hall in Des Moines, Iowa, airing at 9 p.m., the same time the debate starts, until 10 p.m. Fox anchors Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum will moderate the town hall, as they did for town halls with Haley on Monday and with DeSantis on Tuesday.
Viewers can watch the town hall by tuning in to Fox News Channel or going to Fox’s website, foxnews.com, and logging in with a cable provider to watch television.
Baier told The New York Times in an interview this week that he had to convince Trump to agree to go to the town hall. Trump has regularly attacked Fox for its coverage of him and the 2024 presidential race and he has not participated in a live interview on the network in nearly two years.
The CNN debate between DeSantis and Haley will take place at Drake University in Des Moines. It will also be available live on CNN Max and for pay TV subscribers on CNN.com and TV and mobile apps connected with CNN.
