Stormy Daniels lawyer predicts Cohen documents will be ‘very embarrassing’ to Hannity
Stormy Daniels’s lawyer Michael Avenatti told HBO’s “Real Time” host Bill Maher that Fox News host Sean Hannity will be embarrassed by what is found in the documents of President Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen.
“Here’s what I think: I think that when the documents actually come out, and there are documents — there’s no question in my mind, there are documents with Sean Hannity’s name on them — the extent of that relationship, I think, will be very embarrassing to Sean Hannity,” Avenatti told Maher on Friday.
A court recently forced Cohen to name Hannity as his third, previously undisclosed client.

Hannity has denied that he ever had Cohen on retainer and instead claims he merely relied on Cohen for real estate questions.
President Trump reportedly communicates with Hannity often and Hannity has been a vehement supporter of the president and his policies.
Daniels alleges that she and Trump had an affair prior to his presidency, and that Cohen arranged a $130,000 payment to keep her from talking about it. She is suing to be released from the nondisclosure arrangement.
Avenatti told Maher that he thinks Cohen “knows where almost all the bodies are buried” and expects him to “sing like a canary.”
“I know he’s going to fold, because here’s the problem, when you have a fixer, you need two things at least. You need a guy who is tough, and you need a guy that is smart,” Avenatti said. “This guy is neither tough nor smart. I think he’s a zero.”
