Watters quips dog with ‘Democrat owner’ bit him
Fox News commentator Jesse Watters said that over Thanksgiving he was bitten by a dog that had a “Democrat owner.”
He told viewers on Monday during his show “Jesse Watters Primetime” that during a hike over a Thanksgiving break, he was bitten by a dog. Fellow Fox host Jeanine Pirro on Tuesday’s “The Five” show asked Watters why he thinks he was bitten by the dog, to which Watters replied, “Democrat owner.”
“Do not slander Democratic dogs or Democratic owners,” co-host Jessica Tarlov said.
On Tuesday evening, he provided an update to viewers and said his doctor told him to contact the police to see if the owner had given the dog its proper vaccines.
“Some major developments concerning my dog bite. My doctor prescribed me some antibiotics and suggested I contact the police because we need to know if the dog has had its shots,” Watters said. “So I gave the police a description of the dog, a description of the owner and a description of the vehicle, a Subaru Outback. We all know what that means.”
“And if this dog isn’t up-to-date on shots, then Jesse Watters has rabies,” he said. “Should I get my rabies shot live on TV like a COVID vax? We’re considering it.”
Watters said he was also bitten in the crotch area and the bite is “more significant” than he first realized.
“I came within inches of getting an unwanted vasectomy, let’s put it that way,” he said. “And we’ll keep you updated on my health journey.”
