CBS News has signed former Hillary Clinton 2016 campaign manager Robby Mook and former 2016 Marco Rubio campaign manager Terry Sullivan as contributors, according to a Thursday announcement by the network.

{mosads}Mook “is an experienced political strategist who brings vast insight and knowledge into American politics,” CBS said in a statement announcing the hires, while Sullivan is “a seasoned strategist with more than two decades of experience in politics” who has “played a senior role in more than 100 campaigns.”

CBS News has undergone several changes in the past year. Former “CBS This Morning” co-host Norah O’Donnell replaced Jeff Glor as “CBS Evening News” anchor, and Susan Zirinsky, a former “48 Hours” executive producer, took the helm as CBS News president, replacing David Rhodes.

Zirinsky also signed “CBS This Morning” anchor Gayle King to a new contract earlier this year.

The signings of Mook and Sullivan come as all major broadcast news organizations continue to add talent and resources to their respective rosters ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
