Sean Spicer takes seat at White House press briefing
Sean Spicer appeared in the White House press room as a reporter on Friday, marking the former White House press secretary’s first appearance there since his departure from the Trump administration in August 2018.
Spicer was seated in a spot reserved for Newsmax TV and One America News.

Trump called on Spicer about halfway through the press conference without referring to him by name.
Newsmax launched “Spicer & Co.” on Mar. 3, which airs evenings on the right-leaning network. The new show includes co-host Lyndsay Keith.
The former Republican National Committee spokesman’s tenure as White House press secretary was marked by several confrontations with White House correspondents, most notably CNN’s Jim Acosta and American Urban Radio Networks’ April Ryan, who is also a CNN contributor.
