Fox News Media announced Wednesday that it has signed a three-book deal with publishing giant HarperCollins that will include upcoming titles from Fox personalities such as weeknight anchor Shannon Bream and weekend morning host Pete Hegseth.
The network said it will launch Fox News Books, a new publishing platform, on Nov. 24 with the release of Hegseth’s “Modern Warriors: Real Stories from Real Heroes.” Hegseth currently hosts the Fox Nation streaming series by the same name along with “Fox & Friends Weekend.”
“Fox News @ Night” anchor Shannon Bream is also slated to pen what is described as “an inspirational faith-based publication celebrating the women of the Bible” in the spring of 2021 along with a similarly-themed program on Fox Nation.
“We are excited to partner with HarperCollins, utilizing our vast library of content to further enhance the audience experience,” Suzanne Scott, CEO of Fox News Media, said in a release. “With a stable of bestselling authors already on our platforms, FOX News Books will provide our loyal viewers with more of the compelling stories they’ve come to rely on FOX News Media personalities to deliver.”
The news comes as the network has seen several personalities and anchors publish bestsellers during the Trump era, including Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Chris Wallace, Ainsley Earhardt, Steve Doocy, Brian Kilmeade, Martha MacCallum, Greg Gutfeld and Harris Faulkner, among others.
“The combination of FOX News Media’s powerful content and marketing with HarperCollins’ print, digital and audiobook publishing and distribution in the US and internationally, is a winning combination for authors, readers, listeners and viewers of FOX News Media everywhere,” said HarperCollins Publishers President and CEO Brian Murray.
