Trump to appear on Fox Business morning after Biden speech

Former President Trump will give a live phone interview with Fox Business early Thursday, the morning after President Biden gives his first joint address to Congress.

Trump will speak with host Maria Bartiromo on “Mornings with Maria.” He is expected to offer reaction to Biden’s address as well his thoughts on taxes and the situation at the border, according to the network.

The show begins at 7 a.m. ET.

During his first address to Congress as president, Biden is expected to outline the details of his ambitious American Families Plan, which would call for $1 trillion in new spending and $800 billion in tax credits to expand child care, expand preschool and offer more community college access.

Before he was banned for inciting violence in the wake of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, Trump would regularly use Twitter to address a host of topics, namely calling out his critics. Recently, the former president called social media platform, which he use profusely even in the years before he entered politics, “really boring.”

He now uses emails from this PAC to send out statements to the media, which he called “much more elegant.”

“I’m really getting the big word out because we’re doing releases,” Trump said while appearing on Fox News’s “Hannity,” last week. “Every time I do a release, it’s all over the place. It’s better than Twitter, much more elegant than Twitter. And Twitter now is very boring. A lot of people are leaving Twitter. Twitter is becoming very, very boring.”
