‘Fight Fight Fight’ shirts are the hottest merch items at RNC: How much they cost

(NEXSTAR) — The attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump has weighed heavily on the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.

The moments immediately after the attack have also become unforgettable worldwide. The captured images, which show Trump being led off the stage by security, pumping his fist as blood oozed from his ear, have taken over the internet.

While shirts featuring those images were quick to reach China, they weren’t immediately available to the thousands of delegates and guests at the RNC.

Merchandise stands have been overflowing with items, including shirts with Trump’s mugshot, lapel pins, hats and even a charcuterie board of Trump’s silhouette.

It took until Wednesday morning, however, for shirts imprinted with those undeniably iconic images of Trump, with fist raised and blood visible, to appear at the merchandise stand outside the Baird Center in Milwaukee.

Two options were on display — one in black, another in white. The black shirt shows Secret Service agents guiding Trump, fist high in the air, with an American flag flying in the wind. Below the image is text reading, “TRUMP 2024.” The white shirt features only Trump with his fist raised, with text reading, “Fight! Fight! Fight!” and a billowing American flag.

They were going fast, too.

One RNC volunteer told Nexstar that another guest had purchased all of the medium-sized white shirts just moments before.

However, it’s unclear where the images were obtained. Wire services like The Associated Press and Getty have posted warnings on multiple images of Trump being led off the stage, advising that the photos cannot be used for political campaigns or commercial purposes.

The shirts that are still available are going for $50 a piece as of Wednesday.
