Jones scored an upset victory Tuesday night, beating Moore by more than 20,000 votes, with all precincts reporting.
Moore, however, refused to concede. An automatic recount is triggered if a race is within 0.5 percentage points in Alabama, although Moore trails by roughly 1.5 percentage points, according to The New York Times.
McAuliffe went on to call Moore a “classless man” and a “bad loser.”
“No surprise from a man who was banned from malls for stalking kids,” McAuliffe said, referencing a report that Moore was banned from an Alabama mall for making advances on teenage girls.
Roy Moore refusing to concede-bad candidate & bad loser=classless man. No surprise from a man who was banned from malls for stalking kids.

McAuliffe, who will be replaced next month by Gov.-elect Ralph Northam (D), is said to be “seriously considering” running for president in 2020.
