Sunday show preview: Past administrations look to the future

There will be a whiff of nostalgia in the air this weekend as past denizens of the White House dominate three of the Sunday morning talk shows.

Bill Clinton will headline ABC’s “This Week,” CBS’ “Face the Nation” and NBC’s “Meet the Press.” The former president will be preview the seventh annual Clinton Global Initiative, which kicks off Tuesday in New York.

{mosads}Former Vice President Dick Cheney continues the stroll down memory lane on “Face the Nation.”

“Meet the Press” will return to current office holders with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

“Fox News Sunday” starts current with House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and then looks to the future with White House hopeful Herman Cain.

On CNN’s “State of the Union,” Sens. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) will tackle the issues facing Congress.
