Sunday shows – Health officials warn pandemic is ‘going to get worse’

Health officials continued their pleas to the public to adhere to health safety measures such as mask wearing and social distancing while warning during appearances on Sunday political talk shows that holiday Thanksgiving travel would lead to further upticks in COVID-19 cases.

The guests expressed worry about infections rising in coming weeks if people don’t adhere to guidelines such as avoiding gathering in indoor spaces.
