The first 100 days of the 119th Congress: Democrats bicker, Republicans deliver

Empty gas tanks. Empty grocery carts. Homeless veterans. That’s what four years under Joe Biden brought the American people.

Families across the country were left to suffer as Biden wrecked our economy, weakened America’s standing on the world stage, and allowed illegal immigrants to flood our communities. After years of failure and frustration, voters demanded change. They put their trust in Republicans to bring back common sense, restore security and rebuild prosperity. And we’ve hit the ground running.

In just the first hundred days of our majority, Republicans have shown the American people we’re serious about getting this country back on track. Working with President Trump, we’ve taken bold steps to revive the economy, strengthen our communities and reestablish America’s leadership.

While we focus on results, Democrats are stuck in disarray. They have no message, no vision and no leader. Instead of offering solutions, they’re busy pushing fringe social agendas, virtue-signaling to the far left and clinging to failed policies that voters have already rejected.

Republicans are leading with action. We have passed legislation to make communities safer by cracking down on crime and standing with law enforcement. We have passed a bill protecting women and girls by ensuring fairness in sports and by stopping radical gender policies from invading our schools. We have begun to root out waste, fraud and abuse in Washington, putting taxpayers first and reining in reckless spending.

We have made it easier for small businesses and family farmers to thrive by cutting red tape and expanding access to capital. We have improved care and opportunity for our veterans, making sure those who served this nation are never left behind. We have fought to give parents more control over their children’s education, standing up to indoctrination and restoring local decision-making. And we have worked to bring down the cost of living for working families, tackling everything from gas prices to grocery bills.

This is what it looks like when leaders actually deliver. While Democrats waste time on political theater, Republicans are doing the hard work of rebuilding America — and voters are noticing.

We’re not slowing down. At the end of this year, Democrats are poised to unleash the largest tax hike in a generation, slashing the Child Tax Credit and hitting families with over $1,600 in new costs. We are already fighting to stop this.

This is a movement built on faith, freedom and hard work. Republicans are delivering, and we’re just getting started.
