Hackers that posted documents from the cybersecurity firm FireEye have posted a second batch of files from the firm.

The hackers, calling themselves “31337,” previously dumped a cache of files that FireEye claims an internal investigation showed were pilfered from a single analyst’s breached personal email and social media accounts.

In an earlier blog post, the company claimed the hackers found passwords to those accounts among the millions of credentials stolen and dumped online when social media and email companies were themselves hacked. FireEye said all but three internal documents released by the group were either available publicly or fabricated.

{mosads}31337 fired back in a statement accompanying their new release, claiming their breach went much further than the single analyst.

“[T]hey lied to the world” wrote 31337, later adding, “Guess what, we’re going to punish the lairs[sic], the fat riches who care only about their stock shares … How do you call this being truthful?”

FireEye said last week it had notified the clients of the lone hacked analyst and emphasized to employees the importance of vigilantly protecting personal email accounts.
