Report: BAE and EADS in merger talks
{mosads}“BAE Systems and EADS believe that the potential combination
of their two businesses offers the prospect of significant benefits for
customers and shareholders,” the companies told Bloomberg in a statement after European
markets closed.
If the companies merged, they would have combined sales of about
$97 billion, according to Bloomberg.
