New York extends ban on flavored e-cigarettes
The state of New York has extended its prohibition on the flavored liquids used in e-cigarettes.
New York’s Public Health and Health Planning Council voted in favor of the extension on Thursday, CNN reports.
Under the extension, the ban will last for another 90 days and bans all flavored e-liquids other than tobacco and menthol, though because of an injunction filed by vape store owners, the ban isn’t currently in effect, according to the network.
