House Democrats on Tuesday released the remaining witness transcripts in their impeachment inquiry into President Trump.
Among the transcripts is the testimony of senior Office of Management and Budget official Mark Sandy.
Democrats questioned Sandy about why Trump froze more than $400 million in aid to Ukraine as he pressured Ukrainian leaders to open an investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden.
