FCC ‘continues to monitor’ Comcast Xbox matter
{mosads}In an interview, Public Knowledge legal director Harold Feld expressed frustration with the commission’s inertia. Compared to a few years ago under then-Chairman Kevin Martin, Feld said, the FCC under Julius Genachowski “is unwilling to move forward unless someone is willing to file a formal complaint.”
“Nobody wants to stick their neck out,” he said.
