Amazon’s top entertainment executive resigned on Tuesday, days after he was suspended following renewed sexual harassment allegations, according to multiple reports.

Roy Price’s resignation comes after the company put him on a leave of absence from Amazon Studios last Thursday amid allegations of sexual harassment from Isa Hackett, one of the executive producers of the company’s original series “The Man in the High Castle.”

In a memo Friday to employees, Amazon’s Senior Vice President of Business Development Jeff Blackburn warned that the company wouldn’t tolerate harassment.

“Amazon does not tolerate harassment or abuse of our employees or our business partners,” he wrote.

The renewed allegations against Price came amid mounting allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault against veteran Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein stretching back decades.

Actress Rose McGowan took to Twitter to accuse Price of ignoring her when she told him about allegations of rape involving Weinstein.

“I told the head of your studio that HW raped me. Over & over I said it. He said it hadn’t been proven. I said I was the proof,” McGowan tweeted at Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.

News emerged over the weekend that Amazon Studios had severed ties with The Weinstein Company in the wake of the allegations against that company’s founder.

Amazon has two series in production with The Weinstein Company, which were Price’s main ventures at the company. The future of those two series remains unclear.
