Tessera loses patent case at ITC
Tessara President and CEO Henry Norhhaft expressed
disappointment with the decision and said the company was reviewing a possible
appeal.
Business Week reported that Tessera shares dropped 8.6
percent in trading on Wednesday.
Tech companies have increasingly gone to the ITC to battle
over patents. On Tuesday, Nokia filed an ITC case against Apple charging patent
infringement, while Prism Technologies filed suit against Research in Motion,
