A former Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent has been sentenced to six months in jail for recording a female co-worker in the bathroom, CNN reports

The former agent, 33-year-old Daniel Boykin, was sentenced after pleading guilty to unlawful photography, aggravated burglary and violation of the computer act, according to the report.

TSA officials in Washington said Boykin was fired from the agency in June 2014.

{mosads}“This individual is no longer employed by the agency,” the TSA said in a statement that was provided to The Hill. “TSA holds its employees to the highest ethical standards and has zero tolerance for misconduct in the workplace.”

TSA officials said Boykin worked in an administrative capacity during his tenure with the agency, so they said he did not interact with airline passengers. They added that the restroom he was accused of recording was only accessible by TSA employees, so no images were captured of passengers who were traveling.
