Monday’s meeting announcements: Farm credit board meets

A couple of federal advisory panels will announce their new meetings in Monday’s edition of the Federal Register. Here’s a look:

The board for the Farm Credit Administration is meeting in McLean, Va., on Thursday, Nov. 14. 

A State Department advisory group on defense trade is meeting on Nov. 22.

A federal advisory council for protected marine areas is holding a conference call on Dec. 3. 

On Dec. 4 and 11, fishing regulators for the Gulf of Mexico will hold webinar workshops about stocks of greater amberhack and gag fish. 

A Bureau of Land Management panel for Eastern Montana is meeting on Dec. 5 in the town of Miles City. 

On Dec. 5 and 6, two Transportation Department councils will meet in Washington to help coordinate agencies supporting emergency medical services and 911 systems. 

On the afternoon of Dec. 9, the Federal Communications Commission’s advisory council on technology is meeting at the agency’s Washington headquarters. 

The Department of Homeland Security’s advisory panel for chemical transportation is meeting from Dec. 10 to 12 in Washington to discuss moving hazardous materials by boat. 

On Dec. 11, the Food and Drug Administration’s panel for circulatory system medical devices is meeting in Gaithersburg, Md. The next day, the agency’s committee for endocrinologic and metabolic drugs is meeting in Silver Spring, Md. 

On Dec. 18 and 19, the Energy Department’s working group on commercial and industrial pumps is getting together to discuss possible new energy efficiency rules.
