Wednesday’s meeting announcements: Parole panel meets

A few federal advisory committees will announce their new meetings on Wednesday.

Here’s what’s on the government’s calendar:

The Justice Department’s parole commission is meeting in Washington on Dec. 10 to discuss its rulemaking efforts and other matters.

The board of directors for the Export-Import Bank of the U.S. is meeting on Dec. 12 to talk about new members on its advisory committee and its environmental procedures and guidelines.

Also on Dec. 12, the board of directors for the African Development Foundation is holding a teleconference. 

On Dec. 13, a Department of Education committee to negotiate new regulations is meeting for the third and final time in Washington. 

On Dec. 16, the Labor Department’s committee for trade negotiations and policy is planning to get together at the department’s Washington headquarters. 

Joint U.S. and Colombian councils on environmental affairs and environmental cooperation are meeting on Dec. 18 and 19 at the State Department.
