Watch live: Prosecutors announce charges against Menendez
Federal prosecutors plan to unveil charges against Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) during a press briefing Friday morning, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York said.
Menendez and his wife, Nadine, are charged with bribery offenses in connection to a “corrupt relationship” with three New Jersey businessmen, the office said, as The Hill reported.
The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. ET.
