President Biden is scheduled to deliver remarks Friday afternoon at the Friends of Ireland Luncheon.
President Biden will welcome Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar to the White House before speaking at the event in the Capitol hosted by Speaker Mike Johnson.
The event is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. EDT.
