Biden gives remarks on Baltimore bridge collapse, rescue efforts: Watch live

President Biden is expected to speak Tuesday about the partial collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge at Baltimore’s harbor when it was struck by a cargo ship around 1:30 a.m. EDT.

In updates earlier in the day, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D) and other officials described the scope of a search and rescue mission. Both Moore and Baltimore FBI field officer in charge William J. DelBagno said there is no evidence to suggest terrorism was involved.

By late morning, two survivors of the accident had been found. At least six people remain missing, according to officials.

The president is expected to speak at noon EDT.
