Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair Gen. CQ Brown on Friday afternoon are scheduled to hold a press conference.
They are expected to announce an additional $6 billion aid package to include Patriot missiles to help create an air shield against further Russian missile attacks, which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been pressing the U.S. and allies for.
