The NATO Summit in Washington enters its final day Thursday, with eyes laser-focused on President Biden.
NATO has several urgent items on its agenda, although viewers at home and abroad will also be evaluating Biden’s demeanor and apparent mental sharpness. The president holds a news conference later Thursday.
The Russian invasion of Ukraine remains NATO’s top focus. The bid by Ukraine itself to join NATO is still pending, although current member states are in agreement that the war-ravaged country will, in time, join the alliance.
A NATO public forum is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. EDT.
