Vice President Harris addressed the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) on Wednesday as part of the D.C.-based nonprofit’s annual leadership conference.
The Democratic presidential nominee has shown signs of robust support from younger Latino voters, according to María Teresa Kumar, CEO of the youth-focused group Voto Latino. Her campaign has also recently bolstered its staff by adding four senior Hispanic strategists.
