Watch: Trump participates in U.S.-Saudi investment forum

President Trump is in Saudi Arabia Tuesday, where has participated in a U.S.-Saudi Arabia investment forum in Riyadh alongside Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Trump and his aides were expected to focus intensely on financial investments and trade during the trip. Shortly after the president’s return to the White House, bin Salman said his country would invest $600 billion in the U.S. over the four years of Trump’s second term

The forum also came as the White House has suggested they are in talks with global trading partners to strike deals to lower his sweeping tariffs and amid controversy over a Qatari luxury jet being gifted to the U.S. to be used as a new Air Force One.

The event was scheduled to begin at 9:45 a.m. EDT.
