Vice President Vance is delivering the commencement address at the U.S. Naval Academy graduation ceremony Friday morning.
The ceremony is being held at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md. Vance, a former senator from Ohio, who joined the Marines and served in Iraq, later earned degrees from Ohio State University and Yale Law School.
The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. EDT.
